Tickets are non-refundable for ANY REASON. Tickets will NOT be mailed to you. Please print your tickets (if ordering online) and bring them with you on the night(s) you attend. If you are paying by check or money order, we will have a record of your payment when you arrive, but please have your photo ID available.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Please bring a valid photo ID with you on both nights. There is no age restriction for this event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The ACCA Shrine Center offers a very large parking lot directly next to the GRAND BALLROOM. A handicapped entrance is also available.
What can I bring into the event?
No outside food or drinks are allowed into the Ballroom. We will have pitchers of ice water available at no charge for those who would like it.

What’s the refund policy?
There are absolutely no refunds available for tickets purchased online, in person, or through the mail.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your printed tickets (for online and in person orders) with you along with a valid photo ID. Tickets purchased through the mail will NOT be mailed. You must bring a photo ID to verify that you purchased tickets through the mail.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Your ticket is transferrable. Please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes. Your ticket(s) can be transferred to someone else if you cannot attend. Please e-mail: email@example.com to make arrangements.
